NC MC - Evergreen Deployment Technician

This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes, including computers and some peripherals, for the duration of the Evergreen project. The role requires a professional appearance and excellent customer service, as computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk. Technicians will travel to various county buildings in a county vehicle driven by a full-time employee., * Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures.

• Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
• Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
• Complete computer refreshes at the end user’s desk.
• Reclaim and transport old computers.
• Document inventory updates within HAM Pro in ServiceNow.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware deployment and customer-facing technical support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro.
• Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
