Job description

The selected candidate will play a central role in the governance and execution of the integration program by:

Supporting the overall management of a large-scale IT integration portfolio.
Coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
Establishing and maintaining program governance processes and reporting frameworks.
Creating executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and status reporting.
Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Preparing governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
Supporting application consolidation and process harmonization initiatives.
Contributing to change management and communication efforts throughout the integration lifecycle., * PMO Leadership

Requirements

8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
Proven experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
Previous experience in M&A integration, merger programs, acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management methodologies.
Ability to interact with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience working within global and matrix organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., Experience in one or more of the following industries would be considered a strong advantage:
