Job description

Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environments
Set network standards, technical roadmaps and security principles
Lead a team of network engineers, managing performance, development and resource planning
Act as the senior technical lead for complex projects, implementations and escalations
Work closely with cloud, security, infrastructure and project teams
Improve automation, resilience, monitoring and overall network performance
Occasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be required

Requirements

Strong enterprise networking background, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing and switching
Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, firewalls, segmentation and secure remote access
Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Previous experience leading or mentoring network engineers
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
Experience working in a complex, high-availability or multi-site environment is highly desirable
