IT Program Manager SCRUM

Concordant LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a high-impact enterprise applications environment. This role is ideal for a collaborative Agile professional who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.

The selected candidate will lead Agile Scrum processes, facilitate team collaboration, remove project impediments, and help drive continuous improvement across operational and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews
• Sprint retrospectives
• Backlog refinement sessions
• Guide teams in following Scrum framework and Agile best practices
• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Remove blockers and help teams maintain productivity and momentum
• Track project KPIs and delivery metrics
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support hybrid project environments utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps
• 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools
• 3+ years of experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Experience with database querying and programming concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification
• Experience supporting ERP environments
• Government or public-sector experience
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies
