Job description

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang microservices
Drive technical architecture and ensure long-term system health by anticipating scaling needs
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver impactful features
Participate in system design reviews and contribute to the overall engineering strategy
Ensure the quality, reliability, and observability of your code throughout its lifecycle
Plan and execute projects from inception to delivery with strong ownership
Mentor peers and junior engineers, promoting best practices

Requirements

5+ years of backend engineering experience with languages like Golang, Java, Python, Ruby, or C# (Golang preferred)
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services
Strong understanding of distributed systems and inter-service communication protocols
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation for production systems, * Collaborative work environment with cross-functional team partnerships
Opportunity to influence the architecture and technical approach
