Job description

  • Lead the organization-wide migration from Sketch to Figma from discovery through deployment and adoption.
  • Assess current workflows, pain points, and requirements in partnership with designers and producers.
  • Design workspace architecture, permission models, and governance frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Configure and deploy Figma workspaces, libraries, and access groups.
  • Develop and deliver tailored Figma training for users across beginner to advanced skill levels.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, communications, and engagement strategies.
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for Figma questions, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor Figma’’s product roadmap and communicate relevant updates and capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the internal Figma team on product roadmap developments and integrations with internal tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows, processes, and governance.
  • Ensure workspaces, files, and permissions comply with data classification, confidentiality, and information-security requirements.
  • Manage program planning, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and alignment across highly matrixed and distributed teams.
  • Build processes and solutions in environments where business and workflow requirements may be loosely documented.
  • Navigate organizational dynamics and address resistance to change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management or implementation consulting experience.
  • Experience deploying enterprise-wide design-tool solutions, preferably within creative organizations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Figma features and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Figma’’s product roadmap and enterprise capabilities.
  • Proven program delivery skills, including planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, or processes across multiple teams or organizations.
  • Strong change management and organizational communication skills.
  • Experience operating in highly confidential environments with sound judgment around access controls and information handling.
  • Ability to distill complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Numbers, Keynote, and collaboration tools such as Quip and Slack.
  • UX/UI or frontend development experience is a plus.
