Job description

Invictus Associates LLC has an immediate opening for a CAG Support Analyst to provide direct support to the Commander, Naval Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) Commander and Executive Director Action Group (CAG). This role supports high-visibility initiatives and executive-level priorities across the Navy’s surface ship maintenance enterprise. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional capable of coordinating projects, tracking actions, developing executive products, and supporting strategic efforts across CNRMC Headquarters. This position provides daily in-person, customer-facing support to CNRMC leadership and staff while helping synchronize enterprise activities, action items, and executive deliverables., * Provide direct support to the CNRMC Commander, Executive Director (SES), Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and CAG staff in planning and execution of command priorities.

  • Track and coordinate action items, deliverables, and executive tasking across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support the development, review, and staffing of executive correspondence, briefs, reports, and strategic communications.
  • Assist with the timely coordination and response to external stakeholder inquiries, including Congressional, SECNAV, CNO, GAO, and DoD Inspector General requests.
  • Participate in recurring command meetings and synchronize resulting tasks and actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and develop products for leadership decision-making.
  • Develop executive-level charts, graphs, presentations, and data visualizations supporting NAVSEA and CNRMC leadership requirements.
  • Conduct analysis of projects, initiatives, and business processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with planning and execution of leadership engagements, meetings, and command events.
  • Support development of policies, process improvements, and organizational initiatives across the CNRMC enterprise.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8-15 years of experience supporting Navy operations, maintenance, readiness, or strategic planning activities.
  • Knowledge of Navy surface ship maintenance, repair, and modernization processes.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple concurrent projects and action items.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with NAVSEA, Navy Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), or related Navy organizations.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and presentations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and strategic planning processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Program Management experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field desired.
