Program Support Analyst

Provide comprehensive logistics, administrative, and program support to the Provisioning Support Team (PST) in support of NAVSEA aircraft carrier programs, including CVN 68 Class, CVN 78 Class, CVN 79, and CVN 80 efforts. Support senior leadership by coordinating provisioning documentation, managing action tracking systems, maintaining records management processes, and assisting with executive-level briefings and logistics documentation., Prepare, process, track, and route Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) response letters, Technical Manual response letters, certification sheets, and related correspondence for review and signature by senior leadership. Assign serial numbers, maintain official records, upload finalized documentation to C2DE, and distribute completion notifications to relevant stakeholders. Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and folder structures to support records management, document control, action tracking, and team collaboration. Support SharePoint migration efforts, including organizing legacy files, establishing standardized folder structures, and training team members on site navigation and document management procedures. Collect, organize, track, and update action items within the PST Action Tracker to ensure project visibility, accountability, and alignment with leadership priorities. Distribute weekly DPAE Commitment Tracker notifications and coordinate status updates with internal and external stakeholders. Support senior leadership in gathering, analyzing, and validating data for executive-level briefings, presentations, and reports for PMS 312, PMS 378, and other stakeholders. Edit, format, review, and quality check logistics, supply support, manpower, and program management documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation. Assist with development and maintenance of logistics documentation, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Letters of Agreement (LOAs), and other program documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support logistics sustainment, provisioning, and records management initiatives. Manage and maintain ETMS2 Planner and other tracking systems to support tasking visibility and stakeholder coordination. Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership in support of logistics planning, sustainment, and lifecycle management efforts. Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree Experience supporting DoD/NAVSEA logistics, provisioning, sustainment, or lifecycle management programs. Knowledge of Navy correspondence processes and records management practices. Experience with SharePoint administration and document management systems such as C2DE Strong organizational, editing, and administrative coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple action items, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
