Senior Data Entry Executive

Collecting product information in the market/ supermarket for new launched products & existing products (included photos & barcode)

Building product dictionary & update new products to NDES (New Data Entry System)

Storing collected product photos & deliver to related department when required

Market knowledge: the employee is required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of 15-20 FMCG categories.

Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side, details as below:

Project excute by pen & paper data collection methodology:

Join project breifing together with Comercial or Fieldwork team

Receive & check number of questionaire from Field work team

Creating form for puching data

Distribute number of questionaire to Data Entry Exective for punching

Check logic data & daily data backup

Data processing & delivery to PR team

Other addtional tasks assigned by Line Manager

College or university degree in related filed is advantage

Sufficient command in English

Computer literate including good knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word

An eye for details & conscientious approach to work

Strong interpersonal skills, with the abilities to communicate with varied people background

Flexible approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A committed team player with the ability to work closely across operational and commercial divisions.
