QA Automation Engineer job

Lead the overall QA automation strategy, work with business stakeholders and development teams, define automation standards, mentor offshore team, and ensure high-quality deliverables., &bull Own the QA automation roadmap and strategy &bull Design scalable automation architecture using Typescript and Playwright &bull Collaborating with product owners, architects, and developers &bull Review automation code and enforce coding standards &bull Plan sprint activities and assign work to offshore resources &bull Manage automation metrics and reporting &bull Ensure CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps &bull Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage &bull Mentor engineers and conduct technical interviews &bull Present automation status to leadership and clients

&bull Required: Experience coding in Typescript for 3+ years &bull Required: Experience coding in Playwright for 3+ years &bull Required: Experience designing and setting up test automation framework &bull Required: Experience Parallel execution strategies &bull Required: Experience Azure Devops &bull Nice to have: Experience Allure reporting &bull Nice to have: Test Automation Architect experience
