Job description

An employer is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to work in the Kirkland, WA area. They will need to be comfortable responding to incoming telephone calls, e-mail, and voicemail inquiries from internal customers regarding hardware setup, basic networking, and other end-user support. Most of their daily responsibilities will include supporting PC refresh projects and deploying VoIP phones across the organization.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in desktop support or as a hardware technician

Great communication and ability to work independently
