Job description

The QA Lead will establish and manage quality assurance processes, test strategy, test plans, automated testing, defect management, UAT coordination, and release validation activities for a complex public sector cloud application. The position will ensure compliance with functional, security, integration, and performance requirements.

5+ years QA/Test Lead experience
Experience leading testing efforts for enterprise applications
Test strategy and test plan development
Defect tracking and management
Functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
Agile/Scrum testing experience
Experience with test management tools, * Automated testing frameworks
Performance testing
Government projects
Security testing
Accessibility testing (WCAG)
