ETRM System Analyst

• Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading
• Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)
• System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL
• Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams, Experienced ETRM System Analyst with strong US Power market expertise to provide technical support and small-scale development for Allegro, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
• Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
• US Power market knowledge
• SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
• Basic Windows Server administration
• Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment, * AWS, Terraform
