Execute data cleansing and manual record deduplication across public health registry databases. Analyze patient demographic and vaccination datasets to identify, merge, or separate comingled records. Build and maintain Microsoft Access databases and Excel spreadsheets to audit data quality trends. Process official immunization record requests and data modification updates from external providers. Formulate standard operating procedures for data matching, record merging, and discrepancy resolution. Recommend technical enhancements to automated database matching and merging algorithm rules. Provide dedicated phone and email hotline support to resolve public data discrepancy inquiries. 4 or more years of experience in business analysis, data cleansing, and record deduplication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS) and public health registry platforms. Experience in data visualization, pattern analysis, and identifying duplicate record creation trends.
