IT Delivery Manager - Corporate Services

Implementing and maintaining Corporate Services governance standards and ensuring adherence across applications and services. - Coordinating activities between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Support, Development, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to ensure effective delivery. - Monitoring support backlogs, ticket quality, ageing, and escalations while driving improvements across support operations and offshore teams. - Tracking project progress, dependencies, risks, and action plans while supporting prioritization and delivery planning activities. - Producing operational dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics to provide clear visibility on service performance and delivery outcomes. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices, and supporting the rollout of the Corporate Services operating model. - Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and contributing to the consistency, scalability, and quality of delivered solutions. we looking for? The ideal candidate has strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, combined with a solid understanding of IT service delivery, support operations, and governance frameworks. You are comfortable working in complex international environments, collaborating with distributed teams, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 4-8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Support, IT Operations, or a similar coordination role. - Experience working within international organizations and offshore delivery models, including collaboration with geographically distributed teams. - Strong knowledge of IT service management, governance processes, KPI monitoring, and operational performance management. - Good understanding of IT architecture principles and their role in ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions. - Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Unity, Jira, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI. - Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset. - Fluent in English is required.
