  • Drive reporting, analytics, and data governance: You will lead the development and maintenance of operational and management reports that support daily operations, leadership decision-making, and audit and regulatory compliance. You will establish and enforce data governance practices, ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and usable, and expand the office’s use of analytics for forecasting, workload planning, and process measurement.
  • Manage system-related projects and process improvements: You will serve as the primary functional lead for system upgrades, new tool implementations, and cross-functional process improvements. You will develop project plans and timelines, coordinate with campus partners, vendors, and central IT, and oversee testing, training, and readiness activities. This role plays a central part in preparing the office for ERP modernization and other strategic technology initiatives.
  • Support compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement: You will ensure that systems and reporting practices support compliance with federal and state regulations, university policy, and NACUBO best practices. You will build strong partnerships across campus, identify opportunities for automation and service improvement, and contribute to planning and policy development as a trusted advisor on systems strategy and data-informed decision-making., The Office of Student Finance, a unit within the Controller’s Office, plays a critical role in supporting student success by ensuring the efficient and effective management of student accounts, refunds, billings, and tuition processes.
