Senior Sap Spanish-Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position.The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.Your ResponsibilitieImplementation & TestingConfigure SAP HCM PY module with a focus on Spanish Payrol lTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations .Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations .Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes .Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT .Service Delivery & SupportProvide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments .Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions .Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs .Education and experienceStrong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuratio n.Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous ).Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS suppor t.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level ).Good command in English (written and spoken ).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a global tea What we offerCompetitive salary + benef itsHybrid working mode, offering flexibility and work-life bala nceWork from home allowa nceReduced working hours during the month of Aug ustA dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environm entOpportunity to work on challenging international projec ts.Collaborative and supportive team environme nt.#J-*****-Ljbffr
