Senior SAP Spanish-Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live., Implementation & Testing

• Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus on Spanish Payroll
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes.
• Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.

Service Delivery & Support

• Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
• Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
• Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level).
• Good command in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
