Experteer Overview In this role you drive the learning management technology strategy for Roche, focusing on Cornerstone on Demand and ensuring compliant, scalable solutions.You will lead cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, manage the system lifecycle, and govern data integrity within GxP environments.You’ll partner with Global Learning Solutions to deliver impactful learning capabilities that support global manufacturing and commercial sites.This is a chance to shape how Roche trains and validates workforce capabilities at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead the global technology product owner for Cornerstone on Demand, translating business needs into standardized solutions - Oversee system lifecycle: upgrades, replacements, retirements, with change control adherence - Shape product roadmaps with GLS, manage feature backlogs and prioritization - Act as Business Data Steward for GxP compliance and data governance - Mobilize cross-functional teams across Learning, IT, stakeholders, and validation functions - Drive process improvements, manage deviations/CAPAs, and validate master data in quality systems - Govern learning ecosystem integration, data flow, reporting, and interfaces across sitesResponsabilidades - 7+ years in Learning Management technology and platform management, especially Cornerstone on Demand - Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP, GMP, FDA) and data analytics - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent) - Proven Agile experience and ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences - Advanced Cornerstone administration skills (dynamic groups, training components, Reporting 2.0 dashboards) - Technical foundation with business acumen; capable of problem-solving and escalation handling via ServiceNOW - Experience training or mentoring and creating standard operating procedures for new featuresRequisitos principales -
