Software Engineer

Working Patterns and location - Fully on site Key responsibilities * Deliver high quality, well-tested software solutions on time and within budget. * Take ownership of a significant technical area with defined authority and responsibility. * Work closely with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues. * Establish technical objectives and define clear roadmaps for delivery teams. * Delegate responsibilities effectively across engineering teams. * Influence technical direction and resourcing at a senior stakeholder level. * Contribute to winning and growing new opportunities that protect critical infrastructure. Skills & experience *

Proven experience working in agile software development environments. * Strong programming skills across one or more languages. * Solid background in software testing methodologies and practices. * Experience in end-to-end application development. * Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. * Ability to engage and influence customers and senior stakeholders on technical matters. * Experience defining technical strategy, objectives, and delivery roadmaps. The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential: * Knowledge of security solutions or prior experience delivering a security-focused project.
