Introduction Our client is a global consultancy company looking to expand their teams of Transformation Consultants to join their Defence & Security practice, working on some of the most ambitious programmes in the Defence and National Security sector. You’ll bring deep expertise across digital and workforce change, organisational design, or business analysis and service design. Working Patterns and location - Hybrid working 3 days per week on site with UK wide travel as required. Key responsibilities * Analyse complex client problems and deliver clear, practical recommendations. * Develop work plans for client engagements and lead delivery of defined project objectives. * Scope and lead end-to-end transformation activities across a variety of programme contexts. * Engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders across client organisations and internally. * Contribute to new business proposals and support industry and account team activities. * Support internal practice
Requirements
development through proposition, methodology and knowledge-sharing activities. * Take a leading role in team management and client relationship development, depending on experience. Skills & experience * Proven experience delivering digital and workforce change programmes in complex organisations. * Strong knowledge of change leadership, visioning and stakeholder alignment approaches. * Experience in organisational design including operating model development and job design. * Ability to conduct data-driven organisational diagnostics and workforce analytics. * Experience in business analysis including requirements engineering and business process mapping. * Strong understanding of how to drive adoption within complex public sector organisations. * Experience delivering as part of digital or cyber transformation programmes. * Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain high quality output in time-critical situations. The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential: * Experience with AI scaling, adoption or AI-powered process analysis. * Background in agile change management methodologies. * Experience in user research, customer journey mapping or service design and blueprinting. * Previous experience in a management consultancy environment. * Experience supporting business development and contributing to bid and proposal activity.
