Data & AI Insights Executive

Elevation Tech & Transformation are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our key clients as the look to bring on board a Data & AI Insights Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded individual to play a key role in supporting the Business Development & Analytics (BDA) function. You’ll be responsible for data gathering, CRM management and market research, ensuring business intelligence, prospect, customer and market data is accurate, current and readily accessible to drive lead generation, sales activity and strategic decision-making.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get hands-on with AI tools and technologies, helping to enhance research capability, data quality, efficiency and insight generation, as well as tracking and identifying relevant frameworks for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, maintain, and continuously improve the quality of prospect and customer data within the CRM system
• Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and up to date, including key contacts and company account information
• Support the BDA and Sales teams by providing relevant data and market intelligence
• Research and map target organisations, key accounts, stakeholders, and decision-makers to support outreach activity
• Work closely with the BDA lead to identify software and process improvements that enhance data quality and research efficiency
• Use AI tools to enhance research, data validation, analysis, reporting, and insight generation
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support lead generation campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Assist in the collection and distribution of market intelligence across the business
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant data protection requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BDA processes, systems, and ways of working
• Track, interrogate, and monitor potential frameworks relevant to the business
• Identify opportunities within existing frameworks for the business to pursue

• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and data management processes
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• An interest in, and willingness to develop, AI skills and knowledge
• Experience in a data-focused role is a must
