Job description
- Lead the end-to-end migration of users from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business, IT, infrastructure, security, and end-user support teams to drive successful migration execution.
- Facilitate governance meetings, track project progress, manage escalations, and provide regular status updates to client leadership.
- Oversee change management, user communications, training coordination, adoption activities, and post-migration stabilization support.
- Ensure adherence to organisational security, compliance, and collaboration standards while delivering project objectives within agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
Requirements
- Strong Project Management experience in enterprise collaboration or digital workplace transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Unified Communications, or collaboration platform migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience working with banking or financial services clients is preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification is desirable.
