• Strong, hands-on IBM MDM administration and configuration experience
• Data modeling and integration expertise
• SQL, troubleshooting, and performance analysis skills
• Knowledge of MDM workflows, matching algorithms, and survivorship rules
• Experience with ETL and data integration tools
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
