Account Installation Specialist (Healthcare)

Elite Technical is seeking a Healthcare focused professional who has a background in setting up new/modifying existing groups within a Healthcare Payor or Provider environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation of assigned accounts into core Facets platforms and complimentary systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development of the account structure and billing set up to align with documented account requirements, coordination of structure revisions, researching and resolving setup and structure issues, database management, and management of related administrative documents. The selected candidate will:

• Perform installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: development of the account structure and billing set up to align with documented account requirements, coordination of structure revisions, researching and resolving setup and structure issues, database management, and management of related administrative documents.
• Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.
• Research errors by comparing Account Management documentation against multiple internal systems. Reconciling reports and group set up discrepancies, as well as analyzing transactional data and retroactive eligibility changes.

Education Level: High School Diploma required

• Experience: Must have 2 years of Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Provider office experience. (Required) -Specific experience setting up new providers within Facets is ideal. Also open to candidates with Enrollment experience, claims experience -History working with Healthcare sales, underwriting and account installation teams is preferred -Must have solid Data Entry skills -FACETS = Big Plus -Must be efficient with MS Office

• Must have solid communication and writing abilities.
• Can work an 8a to 5p EST M-F schedule
