Job description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Power Platform team.
- This role will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions that enable critical business capabilities built on Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform., * Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
- Develop Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate flows, and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
- Develop solutions using .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
- Participate in Agile development activities including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support production issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution.
- Follow established ALM processes utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
