Job description

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer. This role is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The position involves collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions., * Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.

  • Develop Power Apps, including both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform solutions.
  • Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
  • Develop solutions utilizing .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and the Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support production issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution.
  • Follow established ALM processes utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required., * Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Studio.

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
