Job description
As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural, security, and operational standards., * Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support activities.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related technologies.
- Design and document technical architectures, integrations, authentication mechanisms, and data flows.
- Implement and support Azure-based integrations, APIs, and enterprise application services.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and Azure DevOps deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for development and operational teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and related Power Platform solutions.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments, application integrations, and enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of architecture and solution design experience for enterprise systems.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
- 3+ years of experience in data architecture, system integration, and enterprise data management.
- 5+ years of experience supporting infrastructure, networking, applications, and technical customer service functions.
- Strong experience with APIs, Azure communications services, authentication, and cross-platform integrations.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, create technical documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate with both technical and business audiences.
- Required certifications: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and ITIL Foundation Certification.
