Job description

Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Continuous Improvement Process Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve server and network hardware issues

  • Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and repairs on data center equipment
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve infrastructure problems
  • Monitor and maintain data center systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Execute hardware installation, rack-and-stack, and cabling activities
  • Utilize command-line tools and diagnostics to identify system issues
  • Document repairs, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
  • Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines while working in a live data center environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence, This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeks with 12-hour shifts.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in computer hardware, networking, or Linux systems who enjoy hands-on technical work and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair servers and networking equipment while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment., * Minimum 1 year of computer hardware experience

  • Minimum 1 year of networking experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Linux operating system experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights when necessary
  • Ability to work in an active data center environment with varying temperatures, * Previous data center operations experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise servers and networking equipment
  • Familiarity with rack-and-stack deployments
  • Experience working in mission-critical environments
