• Design, develop, customize, and automate ServiceNow solutions that support the client’s systems and business processes.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications, including change management capabilities.
• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, integrations, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support platform implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical and solution documentation.

AE Business Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a Wisconsin public-sector organization’s ServiceNow implementation. This is a specialized opportunity for a ServiceNow subject matter expert who enjoys designing practical solutions, automating workflows, and working independently with a highly collaborative architecture team., * 6-9 years of professional experience with ServiceNow development and related technologies.

• Fluency in programming and development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience creating and maintaining ServiceNow Business Rules and UI Policies.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, or CSM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Current Wisconsin residency. Relocation is not available for this role.

Preferred qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience serving as a ServiceNow technical expert or subject matter expert during implementation and ongoing platform support.
