Job description

You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment. Our IT Team concists of a Director IT, a Security Engineer, a Data Platform & Integrity Specialist, IT System Engineers and IT Support Specialists., * Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Assisting with password resets and user access requests
  • Logging and following up on support tickets
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives, In this role, you’ll help colleagues with IT-related questions, prepare and install laptops and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying IT or a related field, or a strong interest in technology
  • Helpful, service-minded, and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English, You’re a student with a passion for technology and a hands-on mindset. Whether you’re studying IT, Computer Science, or a related field, you enjoy solving problems, helping others, and learning how IT works in a real business environment. You’re curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when a colleague needs support. Most importantly, you’re looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your technical skills alongside an experienced IT team.
