Participate in new product design meetings to drive testability features into new IC designs.Collaborate with Product & Test Engineering to ensure test hardware solutions align with test coverage plan.Hold test hardware planning and review meetings with key stakeholders on project teams.Conduct performance analysis that closes the loop on the hardware design, ensuring continuous hardware performance improvements.Ensure developed test hardware solutions survive the rigors of full production testing at our OSATs Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline with 10+ years of experienceExperience in test/evaluation hardware developments targeting ATE and/or rack & stack test systemsExperience in schematic level design using industry standard software packagesExperience in collaboration with external PCB design and manufacturing services, providing direction and feedbackThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
