Mentor junior consultants by sharing technical expertise, best practices, and customer support knowledge. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, new features, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to continuously improve client solutions. Collaborate with internal consulting, technical, and

support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences. Requirements 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) in consulting, implementation, or support roles. 5+ years of experience delivering customer support for ERP solutions in fast-paced client environments. Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ERP solutions. Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Business Central. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central certifications are strongly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service. Proven ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to collaborative knowledge sharing across teams.
