about delivering real business value through data.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, own, and deliver the metadata roadmap.Lead Collibra and Unity Catalog configuration, implementation, and value realisation initiatives.Use metadata tools and processes to support the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality outcomes with key stakeholders.Promote the purpose and value of metadata management through data forums, workshops, and demonstrations.Leverage metadata capabilities to optimise and automate data governance processes.Support major data migration and business integration programmes through effective metadata management.Establish and track measurable performance metrics to demonstrate value and progress.Skills & Experience RequiredMetadata Expertise: Strong experience with Collibra, including data cataloguing and data lineage, alongside hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog.Delivery Leadership: Proven experience designing and executing roadmaps aligned to clear business outcomes and munication: Ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business benefits for a range of ernance Focus: Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality best practices, with experience using metadata tooling to deliver tangible business outcomes.Coaching & Stakeholder Management: Experience supporting and developing data governance professionals, influencing Data Owners and Data Stewards, and driving adoption of metadata-led governance practices.
