SAP Analytics Director- Analytics & AI

As an Associate Director / Director in Analytics & AI, your role will involve:

• Setting the strategy, propositions and entry offers for the Analytics & AI pillar, aligned to SAP’s Business AI Platform.

• Originating and closing new work - owning senior client relationships and a personal pipeline and sales target.

• Providing quality and risk oversight across multiple concurrent Analytics & AI engagements.

• Leading our alliance and co-sell relationships - SAP, Databricks, Snowflake and the hyperscalers.

• Building and developing the pillar team - hiring, growing leaders and running performance and career development.

• Representing the practice externally - thought leadership, eminence and marquee-client relationships.

• A recognised, market-leading track record in the pillar, having led large, complex SAP programmes end to end.

• Authoritative command of the SAP AI agenda - Business Data Cloud, the Autonomous Suite, Joule and agentic delivery - and how to turn it into client value.

• Proven origination - personally opening and closing new work, with a network of senior client, SAP and alliance relationships.

• Experience leading and growing teams at scale, including developing other leaders.

• Executive presence and communication strong enough to represent the practice to marquee clients and at board level.

• A clear, current point of view on where SAP analytics is heading - Business Data Cloud, agentic AI and the Autonomous Suite - and how to monetise it.

Additional desirable experience includes:

• SAP certification on SAC, Datasphere or Business Data Cloud.

• Databricks or hyperscaler AI/ML certification (e.g. Databricks ML, Azure / AWS / GCP AI).

• A data science or ML engineering background.

• Experience productionising GenAI or agentic solutions.

• Familiarity with SAP Joule Studio and the SAP Agent ecosystem.

There is an opportunity for you to join and help develop our SAP Analytics+ team, specifically focusing on advanced analytics, GenAI and agentic AI on the SAP estate. We expect you to have recognised, market-leading expertise in using one or more of:

• SAP Business Data Cloud as the AI-ready data foundation

• GenAI and agentic analytics, including the SAP Autonomous Suite and Joule

• AI / ML model development and productionisation on SAP and hyperscaler platforms

• SAP Analytics Cloud predictive (Smart Predict) and augmented analytics

• Databricks and Snowflake AI / ML within the SAP data fabric

• SAP Knowledge Graph and SAP / non-SAP foundation models (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI)
