Job description

This individual will design and implement software solutions, ensuring the integration of current and new technologies to meet business needs., * Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards for application technologies, UI standards, development methodology, and coding and style guides.

Act as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues impacting application performance.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on performance testing, failover planning, endurance testing, and deployment planning.
Analyze, design, develop, and review enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, XML, XSLT, and IBM Portal/WebSphere Application development software.
Oversee development activities including data analysis, data access, data structures, and database models.
Prepare and review technical documentation such as designs and schemas.

Requirements

84 months of experience guiding iterative development teams involving complex JEE based systems.
Experience in developing applications using JDK 1.8 or higher, JSF/JSP, JMS, EJB, MQ, XML, JAXB, and JAXWS.
Experience with JPA and/or Hibernate using Oracle or SQL Server databases.

Preferred Skills:

36 months of experience using Prime Faces, Angular, ReactJS.
24 months of experience using IBM WebSphere Liberty.
24 months of experience in criminal justice processing at the state or federal level.
