Job description

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuring and customizing the platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionality
  • Participate in system and integration testing, as well as user acceptance testing

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field
  • Active Salesforce certification
  • Extensive experience customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor’s good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
