System Engineer (Mid-Level)

• Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop detailed technical specifications
• Lead system design and development activities to ensure alignment with mission and program requirements
• Provide guidance on requirements development, alternative technical solutions, and feasibility assessments
• Develop system architecture documentation, technical designs, and implementation plans
• Oversee system integration and implementation planning, including systems engineering management and test planning activities
• Serve as a technical point of contact to resolve issues and ensure compliance with program objectives and technical standards
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation throughout all phases of the system lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program teams, customers, and senior leadership
• Support system validation, verification, and performance evaluation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful system deployment and sustainment

Do you have experience in Test Planning (Quality assurance practices)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with at least 14 years of systems engineering experience and a technical bachelor’s degree to support programs in Annapolis Junction, MD., * Minimum of 14 years of systems engineering or related technical experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable)
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent certification meeting federal cybersecurity requirements
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
