Job description

Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards
  • Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines
  • Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task lists
  • Support bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations
  • Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews, Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation
  • Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
  • Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity
  • Associates Degree

Preferences:

  • Experience supporting facilities or manufacturing maintenance programs
  • Prior exposure to regulated environments (OSHA, EPA, PSM) is a plus
  • Experience working within formal data governance or Management of Change frameworks
