Job description

Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the Client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications. Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#). Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests. Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base., 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, .Net (C#). Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt. Provide status of the tickets to the client SME. Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.

Additional Skills Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives. Windows servers knowlege and experiences FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
