8+ year of .Net development experience
Experience managing onshore/offshore teams
Experience leading projects with design architectural efforts.
Experience with noSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, and/or Hadoop)
75% heads down coding in .Net/C# and 25% Leading/Managerial responsibilities.
