Job description
- Design and develop IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop identity provisioning, de-provisioning, access request, and approval workflows.
- Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, SOAP, SCIM, and web services.
- Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration issues.
- Support access certifications, entitlement management, and identity governance.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IAM / Identity Management.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, Entra ID, or similar IAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Programming/scripting experience with Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Active Directory and cloud identity platforms.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with IAM automation, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS IAM, Azure, or GCP IAM.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud experience.
- Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- IAM or cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor certifications.
