Job description

Seeking a 10-14+ years experienced AI Technical Program Manager for a 100% on-site role in Atlanta, GA supporting client deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of overall project/program management expertise, with at least 2+ years specifically leading and delivering AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives. This role bridges business and technical teams, overseeing end-to-end delivery from scope definition to production deployment. Key duties involve driving AI-assisted project management practices, integrating AI capabilities across the SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), managing LLMOps/Responsible AI governance, and directing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment., * End-to-End AI Program Delivery: Lead initiation, planning, execution, and release management of enterprise AI, GenAI, and Intelligent Automation projects.

  • Agile Governance & Stakeholder Management: Define schedules, budgets, risk profiles, and milestones; facilitate executive steering committee reviews, workshops, and status reporting.
  • AI-Enabled SDLC Integration: Drive integration of AI coding assistants, automated testing tools, and AI-assisted project management frameworks throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Responsible AI & Governance: Enforce enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI standards, AI FinOps (cost governance), data privacy, and model risk management.
  • Organizational Change & Adoption: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and change management strategies to ensure business adoption of AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • Core Experience: 10-14+ Years in Technical Program/Project Management; minimum 2+ years delivering AI/GenAI/Data Science projects.
  • AI & Technical Stack: Generative AI, LLMOps/MLOps, RAG Architectures, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, APIs, Cloud AI services.
  • AI SDLC Tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AI coding assistants, automated testing, AI-driven project tracking platforms.
  • Methodologies & Delivery: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Azure DevOps, Risk & Dependency Management.
  • Governance & FinOps: AI Cost Governance (AI FinOps), Responsible AI, Data Privacy, Model Risk Management., * Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Hyperscaler Experience: Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services.
  • Domain Background: Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech environments.
