Digital Engineering Ecosystem Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Engineering Expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of our company’s Digital Engineering Ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in transforming our engineering processes by integrating advanced digital tools, fostering collaboration, and driving efficiency across the organization., * Design and implement a comprehensive Digital Engineering Ecosystem to support end-to-end engineering processes.

• Lead the adoption of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and other advanced technologies.
• Integrate tools, platforms, and data sources to enable seamless collaboration and decision-making.
• Develop and enforce best practices for digital engineering workflows and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital engineering to continuously enhance the ecosystem.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize the ecosystem’s effectiveness.

• US Citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience 10+ years in digital engineering, systems engineering, or a similar role.
• Expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital twin technology, cloud computing, and data integration platforms.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with industry-standard tools such as Cameo, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
• Master’s degree and 12-18 years of experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for engineering environments.
• Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
