SAP EWM Solution Architect || Austin, TX (Preferred) / Detroit, MI (Secondary)

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Consultant / SAP EWM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP PP, SAP QM, and MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM / AMD) within an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Automotive / Discrete Manufacturing industries and possess hands-on expertise in manufacturing execution, production planning, quality management, and shop-floor integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.
• Work on MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM / AMD) implementation and support.
• Implement integration between SAP S/4HANA PP and MES / Digital Manufacturing systems.
• Manage Production Orders, Routing, BOM, Work Centers, and Capacity Planning.
• Configure Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, In-Process Inspections, and Quality Certificates.
• Integrate SAP with shop-floor systems using PCo, BTP, API, IDoc, OData, and CPI.
• Support real-time production execution, confirmations, backflush, and goods movement.
• Work on PP-QM-MM-EWM integration.
• Support Batch Management, Serial Number Tracking, Traceability, and Automotive Quality Standards.
• Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, AMS, and support projects.
• Collaborate with global teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.

Required Skills: Must Have:

• 7+ years of SAP experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• SAP PP
• SAP QM
• MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing / SAP ME / MII / AMD
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing
• Experience in shop-floor integration
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, User Exits, and BADIs
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing domain
• Knowledge of IATF / ISO / Quality processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Discrete Manufacturing
• Strong integration experience with PP-QM-MM-EWM
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
