Administration - IT-Infrastruktur - Server Windows, * Detaillierte Problemanalyse mit Logfiles (Graylog, C#-Stacktraces), Wireshark, T-SQL Abfragen, etc.
Applikations-Debugging m. Visual Studio
Problembehebung unter Einbindung des Herstellers
Konfiguration und Ausrollen neuer Applikationsversionen
Anfertigen von DB-Traces und Service-Dumps
Ticketbearbeitung -und Erstellung (Jira)
Technische Betreuung von Betriebsunterstützungs-Meetings (DB, Applikation)

Requirements

T-SQL
Windows Server und Rollen, v.a. Internet Information Services (IIS)
Windows SQL Server
Microsoft Failover Cluster Services
Basiswissen Programmierung/Skripting in .NET, C#, Powershell
Erfahrung im IT-Support (1st, 2nd level)
Von Vorteil: CheckMK, Graylog, JIRA, Octopus
Teamfähigkeit
Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Einsatzbereitschaft
