The 1LMX Program Management Operations (PMO) within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to provide oversight for 1LMX Portfolios and Products. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
• Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
• Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products

Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area - Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution) - Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability - Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence - Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships - Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results - Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment - US Citizenship required due to system access ## Desired Skills - Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices - Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning - Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment - Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas - Experience in 1LMX
