Job description
As part of the EMEA IS team, youâll help ensure our business systems run efficiently and reliably by:
- Supporting software deployments and application releases.
- Executing functional and regression testing.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and testing records.
- Assisting with SQL queries, reporting and database support activities.
- Supporting integration processes and automation workflows.
- Maintaining and enhancing business applications.
- Working with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Computer Science and Maths.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience supporting business applications, systems, reporting processes or technology solutions through employment, an apprenticeship, placement or similar role.
- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with software deployments, application testing or systems administration.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
- Exposure to systems integrations, APIs and automation tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar technologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes.
