Solution Architect

• Security, We are recruiting a permanent SC Cleared Solution Architect with a strong Integration Architecture background to join a major Central Government programme. This is a hybrid role based from home and Bristol, with 2 days onsite each week. The salary is £90,000 - £110,000, plus benefits and travel expenses. We work across a complex, multi-supplier technology environment and offer the opportunity to shape integration strategy, architectural standards, and solution designs across a broad enterprise landscape. We are open to candidates at different levels of seniority, from technically strong architects with deep integration expertise to more senior architects seeking greater ownership of architecture, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

• We are looking for proven experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Technical Architect.
• We need a strong background in enterprise-scale integration architecture.
• We require experience with API-led integration, event-driven architecture, messaging and service-oriented architectures, and data integration and synchronisation.
• We need experience producing architecture models, standards, and governance documentation.
• We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We value experience working in complex, secure, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect is required.
• ArchiMate experience would be highly advantageous.
• Previous Central Government or Defence experience would be beneficial.
