Data Operations Coordinator

Tech Pipeline steps in to fix these broken systems by looking at the logs and finding the actual source of the friction. We are currently supporting a London-based partner that needs help organizing their internal data flows as they move away from manual spreadsheets and fragmented tools. As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will help our team trace these flows and ensure that the information moving between systems is accurate and useful. This is a fully remote, entry-level position designed for someone who likes solving puzzles and seeing how businesses function behind the scenes. What you will do

• Check data logs daily to identify where information transfers between tools have stalled or failed.
• Update standard operating procedures to reflect changes we make to the routing logic and internal workflows.
• Audit spreadsheet entries against system records to find discrepancies that might cause reporting errors.
• Assist in the cleanup of customer and product databases before they are migrated to new software platforms.
• Document the specific steps needed to resolve common data errors so the client team can handle them independently later.
• Coordinate with our senior practitioners to test new automation rules and verify they produce the expected results.
• Monitor shared queues for internal process requests and ensure they follow the correct approval path.
• Report on recurring bottlenecks in the data flow that might indicate a deeper system issue or logic error.
